How is the order delivered?

we send our goods across the territory of Ukraine, using the services of Nova Poshta
abroad, using the services of DHL / MEEST / NovaPoshta
delivery of orders is carried out from the city of Ivano-Frankivsk by the carrier Nova Poshta;
delivery to the Nova Poshta branch is possible, or courier delivery to the address specified by you
approximate delivery time: 1-3 working days, in case of orders in Ukraine
delivery is paid by the customer upon receipt of the order

Do you send the goods abroad?

yes, we use DHL Express / MEEST / NovaPoshta services for address delivery outside the territory of Ukraine
estimated delivery time: 10-15 working days
the cost of delivery abroad is from 800 UAH, depending on the delivery address.

How long does it take to deliver the order?

All orders are processed within 1-3 working days from the date of registration. Departures are on weekdays Monday to Friday. You can calculate the delivery time in more detail through Nova Poshta carriers (or DHL Express, in the case of orders outside Ukraine), as well as track the movement of your cargo by invoice number on the official website of Nova Poshta / DHL Express.
We send the invoice number to the e-mail address specified by you when ordering.

How can I pay for the order?

You can pay for your order online through Fondy payment systems using any payment card, just follow the payment system's instructions and tips to make a payment. If you have difficulties with payment - write to us at znayomci@gmail.com
